anyway, now I'm going to update you all with on order from Mrs. Laura, (hope she doesn't mind I've mentioned her name here :) apologize Ma'am... ;)
but as always making cheese cake always been a challange for me in how to make it looks and taste nice.
For me, this one really is a right combination of sweet & sour (of the cheese cream, the strawberry and the kiwifruits) & salt (used a plain biscuit crumbs as its based), and it had created a great new taste that would make you keep on yuum and yuum and yuuuuuuummmmmmmm..... :)
And remember, I'm using no preservatives in all my recipe.....
Purely an original taste of its ingredients.
As always, it's hot from oven .... :) but dont forget, this cheese cake is always much tasteful to be consumed after being refrigerated for at least 3 hours.
