Okay, this time I"m going to update you with a repeat order from Mrs. Laura.

Its to update you another Fruity Cheese cake ordered by Mrs. Liz. Honestly never had such this short notice order, especially when it is just 1 day before :)

Most importantly that I dont have anymore Cheesecream in stock, so got to send someone to hunt for it while I was still working in the office :)

Thanks God my man could find it in one of supermarket in Balikpapan, so I could confirm Mrs. Liz that I can provide for the next day..

The finishing I done it in the morning, done 15 minutes before 7 am, before I start preparing my lil girl to school n myself to office.. :)

Ok, here you are, the Greeny (cause hero Balikpapan baru had run out of Strawberry so I used whatever imporated fresh fruits I could find there, ... Greeny Fruity Cheese Cake,...hope you enjoy it...

Its a wonderful pleasure that today I could update this website with the most update collection I've made today...

Its an order from Mrs. Lily.... a pretty lady I just new from sms 3 days ago if I'm not mistaken.....
Well her Bahasa Indonesia is so amaze me....quite alot of words she could spell perfectly even by sms as I believe easier to say than to write right?? .... :)

Anyway, such a challenge that she actually ordered  1 only at the beginning, but 3 hours before she planned to pick up the cakes, suddenly she gave me a shocking text, that she wanted one more .....
owww... and guess what ... I had just in the morning made 1 for my auntie...a marble one...and that exactly what she asked for.... woow.... its such a wonderful coincidence....so I could with confidence say that I could prepare that order without additional time required..

And here they are...the Birthday cheese Cakes....made just for Mrs. Lily....HAPPY BIRTHDAY MA'AM.... Its so nice to know such a lovely lady like you....awaiting for your next order ..:)

 

WEDDING CUPCAKE SET

Just a quick update, last week I had made a set of cupcake, simple Swirl actually, completed with 1 cake on the top of the 6th layer of the cake....

Howdy.... how are you ??

Long time not see..its been few weeks I didn't update this website..

Doesnt mean I'm no more exist..just doing something else as the baker is also a working Mom whose got quite alot of stuff to be done in office,....

Baking still ...on my free time of course :)  as it really an actualization of my hobby which honestly is really a great realeasing time.... realease myself from the daily routinity, which cheering me up everyday... new spirit in every morning...:)

Anyway, this time I'm going to update you with an order from Mrs. Jeanette,...a wonderful lady I knew from BIWA Bazaar early of the month. This order was made for a Barbeque Party that Friday night.

She ordered 3 cheese cakes, which are the Fruity, Marble Chocolato & Plain Cheese Cakes....

Thanks Mrs. Jeanette.... for your order...and I'm glad to get your text that everybody likes it and nothing been left over on each cakes :) Thanks alot...looking forward for your next order Ma'am...:)

anyway, now I'm going to update you all with on order from Mrs. Laura, (hope she doesn't mind I've mentioned her name here :) apologize Ma'am... ;)

but as always making cheese cake always been a challange for me in how to make it looks and taste nice.

For me, this one really is a right combination of  sweet & sour (of the cheese cream, the strawberry and the kiwifruits) & salt (used a plain biscuit crumbs as its based), and it had created a great new taste that would make you keep on yuum and yuum and yuuuuuuummmmmmmm..... :)

And remember, I'm using no preservatives in all my recipe.....
Purely an original taste of its ingredients.

As always, it's hot from oven .... :)  but dont forget, this cheese cake is always much tasteful to be consumed after being refrigerated for at least 3 hours.

Amazing white chocolate mocha scones

Ingredients : 2 cups flour
4t. honey
2 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/3 cup applesauce
1 egg
2-4 T. skim milk (more or less)
2T. ground coffee
1/2 cup white choco. chips

Instructions :
- Heat oven to 400F.
- In large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in applesauce & honey.
- Stir in egg, vanilla, and just enough of the milk to make the dough leave the side of the bowl.
- Stir in chocolate & coffee.
- Knead dough 10 times on lightly floured surface.
- Roll in to an 8 in. circle on a greesed cookie sheet.
- Cut in to 8 pieces with pizza cutter.
- Bake 14-16 min. or untill gollden brown.
- Carefully separate wedges.
